Bihar College of Pharmacy proudly celebrated World Pharmacist Day 2025 on September 25, 2025, in alignment with the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi.
The event commenced with a lamp lighting ceremony and prayers, followed by an inaugural speech by our Principal, Dr. Mamta Dhingra, highlighting the significance of pharmacists in healthcare systems. The theme for this year’s celebration was “Think Health, Think Pharmacist,” emphasizing the crucial role pharmacists play in promoting health and well-being.
Students actively participated in various competitions, including poster presentations, quizzes, and rangoli competitions, showcasing their creativity and knowledge. The valedictory function saw the distribution of certificates to all participants, with winners being awarded trophies and medals.
In his closing remarks, Mr. Manoj, Administrative Officer, expressed gratitude and offered motivational words to the students, encouraging them to pursue excellence in their field.
This celebration aimed to recognize the contributions of pharmacists to global healthcare, promote awareness about their role, and inspire students to pursue careers in pharmacy.
